4. Consent — how it works

Cross-border data transfer. Data collected through these cookies is transmitted to and processed on servers operated by the respective providers, some of which are located outside India. 6. Session recording and behavioural analytics
Where enabled, we may also use behavioural analytics tools that record aggregated, anonymised session data — such as mouse movements, scroll depth, and click patterns — to help us understand and improve the user experience. These tools do not record keystrokes in form fields containing personal data. Where such tools are in use, they will be listed in Section 3 above and will be set only after you consent.
7. How to manage cookies

If we make material changes — for example, adding a new category of cookies — we will notify you through the cookie banner and, where appropriate, request fresh consent.
